Five best practices of effective leaders In this very interactive session, Carlos Fox will share five best practices that are common among very effective leaders: You will explore how these leaders (1) build the best possible team of direct reports; (2) are the Chief Priority Officer of their business and personal life to achieve focus and balance in their life; (3) strive to be master communicator in all they do; (4) become more self aware to lead others and (5) use “Third Opinions” to reduce their risk and make better decisions. He will focus on engaging the group in a discussion around the backdrop of these five areas of leadership effectiveness. You will walk away with some easy to apply ideas, actions and tools that would increase your personal effectiveness as a leader.
