In this very interactive session, Carlos Fox will share five best practices that are common among very effective leaders: You will explore how these leaders (1) build the best possible team of direct reports; (2) are the Chief Priority Officer of their business and personal life to achieve focus and balance in their life; (3) strive to be master communicator in all they do; (4) become more self aware to lead others and (5) use “Third Opinions” to reduce their risk and make better decisions. He will focus on engaging the group in a discussion around the backdrop of these five areas of leadership effectiveness.
